Description

You will provide Tier I and Tier II technical support across hardware, software, and networking issues.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with imaging, deploying, and maintaining Windows-based devices using SCCM.
  • Manage user accounts and authentication within Active Directory.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot campus computer labs, classroom technology, and endpoint devices.
  • Document all support requests, resolutions, and system changes in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on technology projects and system upgrades.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of technical support experience in a Windows-based environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Windows operating systems and imaging via SCCM.
  • Experience with Active Directory account and group management.
  • Proficiency in hardware setup, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals.
  • Experience with Office 365 administration.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
