Description

You will provide Level 2 on-site technical support to resolve hardware and software incidents and service requests.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve incidents involving devices and servers.
• Repair or replace broken or inoperable hardware to restore operational status.
• Coordinate with the Service Desk, third-party suppliers, and end users to manage requests through resolution.
• Conduct testing and verification on repaired devices and software to ensure compliance with service expectations.
• Document on-site technical support procedures and maintain device and peripheral inventory.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Level 2 on-site technical support expertise.
• Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting and diagnosing.
• Experience with testing and verification of repaired devices and servers.
• Ability to manage incident resolution according to Service Level Requirements (SLRs).
• Any Graduate degree.
