Description

You will provide Tier II technical support for hardware, software, and mobile devices at assigned sites.

Responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve Tier II technical problems involving personal computer hardware, software applications, and mobile devices.
• Deliver, set up, and configure desktop and laptop hardware, printers, smartphones, iPads, tablets, and peripherals.
• Manage and prioritize assigned workloads using Service Desk software to update problem tickets with detailed resolutions.
• Maintain IT hardware and software asset inventories and coordinate repairs via third-party vendor maintenance agreements.
• Handle equipment lifecycle tasks including moves, installs, and disposal of end-of-life hardware following standard procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10, O365, Outlook, and Exchange.
• Hands-on experience configuring and supporting tablets and smartphones.
• Working knowledge of Local and Wide Area Networking and Microsoft Windows Server.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware and software via phone or remote desktop access software.
• Certification in A+, MCP, or MCSE.
• Ability to perform hardware installs, lifts, and packing/unpacking of desktop equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate across different levels of an organization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Bomgar for remote troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and Visio.
