Description

You will design, develop, and maintain agency applications within client/server and web server environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance applications following the State of Michigan System Engineering Methodology (SEM).
• Gather requirements and analyze complex client/server and web-based application needs.
• Execute testing, implementation, and deployment of application releases and modifications.
• Manage application lifecycles using Azure DevOps.
• Provide technical support and maintain application documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system analysis or application development.
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, and VB.NET.
• Strong SQL skills for database management.
• Experience with Java and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of XML, HTML, and AJAX.
• Competency in working with Web Services.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MS Dynamics (365), MS Power Apps, or Power Pages.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio, or Team Foundation Server.
