You will bridge business needs with technical solutions, managing process flows and system implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and map as-is to to-be process flows.
• Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding system, process, and data questions.
• Track all decisions made during system implementation.
• Execute objectives and plans independently with minimal supervision.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in analysis, testing, and implementation.
• 8+ years of experience in requirement analysis and process mapping.
• 8+ years using enterprise tools including Jira, MS Office suite, and SharePoint.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis using SQL and Python.
• Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with technology and system implementation.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.

Preferred Skills

• 1+ year of experience implementing OneTrust.
• Prior project management experience.
