Bridge business requirements with technical implementation for wealth management systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and author Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), and technical specifications.
• Design sequence diagrams and document system-to-system integration workflows.
• Define application problems by consulting with business stakeholders, vendors, and support teams.
• Conduct release demos and prepare transition documentation for support teams.
• Create system analysis documents following discussions with business and architect teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Systems Analyst experience in Applications Development, migration, and product implementation.
• Domain knowledge in Canadian Wealth and Asset Management financial industry.
• Experience analyzing wealth management products and dealership platforms.
• Proficiency in writing PL/SQL queries for data validation or test data setup.
• Familiarity with API design, technical contracts, or integration specifications.
• Experience with middleware tools such as Mulesoft, Kafka, Boomi, Tibco, or Snap Logic.
• Proficiency in handling JSON/XML payloads, mappings, and error handling.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with database query optimization in financial contexts.
