Description

You will serve as the primary administrator for recruiting technologies, driving system effectiveness and strategic technology adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven initiatives to enhance recruiting efficiency and system effectiveness.
• Administer the iCIMS platform, managing configuration, troubleshooting, and user access.
• Oversee complex system integrations between recruiting and HR/business systems.
• Develop and deliver training resources to maximize end-user technology utilization.
• Monitor system utilization and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting systems administration or HRIS.
• Hands-on expertise with ATS and CRM Platforms.
• Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and middleware tools like Workato or Mulesoft.
• Proficiency in Systems Administration practices.
• Experience interpreting system data and performance metrics.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate technical concepts for business teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or related field.
