You will administer recruiting technologies, drive system effectiveness, and manage strategic technology adoption for the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer the iCIMS platform, including configuration, troubleshooting, and user access management.
• Lead AI-driven initiatives to enhance recruiting efficiency and overall system effectiveness.
• Oversee complex system integrations between recruiting tools and HR/business systems.
• Develop and deliver training resources to maximize end-user technology utilization.
• Monitor system utilization and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting systems administration or HRIS.
• Hands-on expertise with ATS and CRM platforms.
• Strong knowledge of system integrations, APIs, and middleware tools like Workato or Mulesoft.
• Proficiency in Systems Administration practices.
• Experience interpreting system data and performance metrics.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and translate technical concepts for business teams.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HR, Business, or a related field.
