You analyze, support, and troubleshoot technical systems and applications to ensure operational stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot application, network, and technical issues.
• Interact with end users and cross-functional teams to resolve problems.
• Document technical processes and findings clearly.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support when scheduled.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience developing or supporting applications.
• Advanced knowledge in application and network troubleshooting.
• Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and switch tasks based on need.
• Teamwork mentality with capacity to work independently.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with application monitoring and alerts.
• Aptitude to learn and adapt to new technologies.
