Description

You will lead the overall Salesforce architecture, application design, and development across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Communities.

Responsibilities

• Architect secure, scalable Salesforce solutions that meet specific business requirements.
• Monitor and manage integrations between Salesforce and external applications including SAP CRM, Web Methods, and Fusion.
• Plan and manage Salesforce application deployments using COPADO.
• Review Salesforce capabilities, workflows, and scheduling limitations to validate requested program changes.
• Ensure all platform customizations and solutions adhere to best practices and maintain architectural integrity.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise IT Solutions implementation, design, and CRM application support.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Hands-on experience with Web Services, REST API, SOSL, and SOQL.
• Proficiency in integrating Salesforce using Web Methods, Web services, and SSO.
• Technical knowledge of Salesforce Security models and Salesforce.com Web Services/APIs.
• Experience with SAP CRM Sales and Service configurations.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills within SAP ECC and SAP CRM.
• Ability to produce design documentation and follow best practice methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or equivalent experience.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer and Administrator certifications.
