Description

You will manage and support complex IAM authentication services and scalable system architectures in Toronto.

Responsibilities

• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting for incidents as part of primary and on-call support.
• Execute server migrations, software upgrades, and patching following enterprise change management processes.
• Maintain test and production environments, including application currency, hotfixes, and service packs.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture SMEs to define and elaborate IAM solution architectures.
• Document internal application support procedures to improve service delivery and resiliency.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Technical Systems Analyst supporting complex, scalable systems.
• Hands-on experience with SSO, MFA, and IAM Authentication Services.
• Proficiency with PingFederate, Okta, ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Experience troubleshooting servers, firewalls, load balancing, and 2-way SSL.
• Knowledge of server-side technologies including caching, asynchronous processing, and multi-threading.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles regarding confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Ability to manage installation, configuration, and support for front-end, web, back-end servers, and databases.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP certification, Linux hands-on experience, or Agile development practices.
• Knowledge of financial services business lines and provisioning processes.
