Description

You will lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in developing Salesforce applications using Apex and Visualforce.
• Oversee the integration of Salesforce Financial Service Cloud into existing systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Guide the team in adopting Salesforce Lightning components and the Lightning Design System.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, focused on Financial Service Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex and Visualforce for custom application development.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Financial Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning components and the Lightning Design System.
• Adeptness using Salesforce development tools for integration and data management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Familiarity with Salesforce AppExchange and third-party integrations.
