Description

You will lead a team of technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) managing infrastructure and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a technical SME team through effective leadership and communication.
• Manage Windows server environments, including Active Directory, MECM, and AutoPilot.
• Oversee Azure Cloud platforms, O365, and VMware virtualization.
• Maintain hyper-converged infrastructure, backup technologies, and server hardware.
• Provide continuous service improvement (CSI) inputs and value-add technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership or SME roles.
• Expertise in Windows Server 2016 and 2019.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory (AD), MECM, and AutoPilot.
• Proficiency with Azure Cloud platform and O365.
• Experience managing VMware and hyper-converged infrastructure.
• Knowledge of backup technologies and server hardware maintenance.
• Strong customer communication and team management skills.
• Technical proficiency in Java (JDK 17), SpringBoot, Tomcat, and Spring Cloud.
• Cloud deployment experience using AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3) and container deployment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with JUnit for testing.
