Description

You will lead a team of technical SMEs managing Windows server environments and cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and manage daily technical operations.
• Manage Windows server environments, including Windows Server 2016, 2019, and Active Directory.
• Oversee Azure Cloud platform, O365, and VMware implementations.
• Maintain hyper-converged infrastructure, server hardware, and backup technologies.
• Communicate directly with customers and provide Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) inputs and value-add solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership or team handling roles.
• Expertise in Windows Server 2016 & 2019 and Active Directory (AD).
• Hands-on experience with MECM, Autopilot, and O365.
• Proficiency with Azure Cloud platform and VMware.
• Knowledge of hyper-converged infrastructure and server hardware.
• Experience managing backup technologies.
• Technical knowledge of Java (JDK 17), SpringBoot, Tomcat, and Spring Cloud.
• Experience with AWS services including Lambda, EC2, and S3.
• Ability to manage container deployment.
