Description

Lead a team of technical SMEs managing Windows server environments, cloud infrastructure, and Java-based services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical Subject Matter Experts and manage daily technical operations.
• Manage Windows Server 2016/2019, Active Directory, MECM, Autopilot, and O365.
• Oversee Azure Cloud platform, VMware, and hyper-converged infrastructure.
• Deploy and manage Java applications using SpringBoot, Tomcat, and Spring Cloud.
• Communicate with customers to provide Continuous Service Improvement inputs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical leadership or team handling roles.
• Expertise in Windows Server 2016 & 2019 and Active Directory (AD).
• Hands-on experience with MECM, Autopilot, and O365.
• Proficiency with Azure Cloud platform and VMware.
• Technical knowledge of Java (JDK 17), SpringBoot, Tomcat, and Spring Cloud.
• Experience with AWS services including Lambda, EC2, and S3.
• Ability to manage container deployment and server hardware.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of hyper-converged infrastructure and server hardware.
• Experience managing backup technologies.
