Description

You will lead a technical team in developing high-traffic, real-time enterprise applications, balancing technical execution with managerial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team from both technical and managerial perspectives to drive results and build a high-performance culture.
• Implement proofs of concept, prototypes, and production-grade software.
• Scale applications and database infrastructure for mission-critical, high-availability platforms.
• Act as a cross-functional go-to person within Agile methodologies.
• Maintain high coding standards and manage thorough code documentation and handover processes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of solid product development experience, including work on open-source platforms.
• Strong expertise in Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Hands-on experience in server-side programming independent of specific technologies.
• Proficiency with JSON, Redis, or MongoDB.
• Experience with Web Sockets and Web Services using REST or SOAP.
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix flavors.
• Understanding of various authentication and authorization techniques.
• Experience with Git version control systems.
• UI-side development experience in JavaScript, Angular.JS, React.JS, or Vue.JS.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AI, NLP, ML, and Chatbot development.
• Experience with open-source contributions.
