Description

Lead technical programs and drive system-level thinking to ensure new services integrate seamlessly with existing APIs and architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and deliver multiple technical programs across different organizations and locations.
• Determine project requirements, develop work schedules, and delegate tasks to achieve team goals.
• Identify technical risks and develop contingency plans to maintain project standards.
• Own KPIs for technical programs and drive operational excellence through process improvement.
• Create clarity and drive decision-making using data-driven narratives for executive and team-level stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in the software industry.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Manager, preferably in a product-based organization.
• Proven experience in technical program management and directing initiatives across multiple teams.
• Strong skills in System Design and Software Architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Nodejs, Python, JavaScript, AngularJS, ReactJS, Redux, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience with AWS services, AWS, API Gateway, and Splunk.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices including continuous integration and delivery.
• Ability to manage initiatives within small and large-scale systems in rapid growth environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for influencing stakeholders through data-driven reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with microservices and mobile applications.
