Description
Required Skills:
- 12+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
- Full-stack technical expertise with primary proficiency in Python (Development & coding) and secondary experience in Java, along with hands-on involvement in application architecture design and development.
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Helm, and cloud migration projects.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Bamboo) and release management.
- Knowledge of OKTA, OAuth2, and OIDC authentication.
- Strong solution architecture and application design understanding.
- Strong Agile/Scrum project delivery using JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent stakeholder management and requirement analysis skills.
- Experience leading offshore development teams and governing end-to-end project delivery.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle to PostgreSQL migration, data reconciliation, and parity testing.
- Experience collaborating effectively within onsite and offshore development models, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery across distributed teams
