Lead the design and evolution of automated testing strategies and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance automation frameworks to improve testing efficiency.
• Build and maintain UI automation suites using Java and Selenium.
• Execute API automation and database testing to ensure data integrity.
• Manage ETL automation processes and validate complex data transformations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align testing strategies with technical requirements.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Expertise in Java and Selenium for UI automation.
• Strong experience in API automation.
• Hands-on experience with DB testing and automation.
• Proven background in ETL automation.
• Experience in framework development and enhancement.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
