Lead testing efforts in a global delivery environment, focusing on data integrity and strategy execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and test designs.
• Execute testing for ETL and BI reports to ensure data accuracy.
• Manage test execution analysis and provide detailed reporting.
• Coordinate testing activities across global teams.
• Lead technical testing workflows and provide analytical oversight.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Information Technology.
• 4+ years of experience in test strategy and test design.
• 4+ years of experience in test execution analysis and reporting.
• 4+ years of experience in ETL/BI report testing.
• 1+ year of experience in big data testing.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Proven analytical and communication abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent; alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty for every year of education.
