Description

Lead testing phases for a large-scale IT modernization program as a specialized project manager for all testing activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate testing activities across all program areas in collaboration with leadership.
• Define, schedule, control, and adjust project testing tasks.
• Oversee test execution status across multiple project areas and escalate risks.
• Provide testing expertise throughout design, development, and implementation phases.
• Collaborate with software developers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders within agile and waterfall processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test management, quality management, and scope & requirements management.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with test tools, test tracking tools, and test automation tools.
• Experience in matrix management leading business, technology, and testing teams.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and automation testing.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project management and delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous testing activities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps Test Manager or Test Complete.
