Technical Trainer

You will design and deliver technical training programs across multiple software development domains.

Responsibilities

• Devise technical training programs based on organizational requirements.
• Design course materials including handouts, manuals, and practical exercises.
• Deliver instructor-led formal training or online sessions.
• Mentor internal SME instructors through train-the-trainer programs.
• Translate user stories and use cases into functional training content.

Required Skills

• 1+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer.
• Hands-on expertise with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, WCF/Web API, and MVC Framework.
• Strong frontend skills in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Knowledge of MS SQL and Relational Databases.
• Ability to translate technical use cases into training modules.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Angular 8+, React JS, Node.js, or Python.
• Knowledge of Android/iOS development.
• DevOps knowledge.
