Description

You will own the design and execution of technical training programs for engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Devise technical training programs aligned with organizational requirements.
• Produce training schedules, classroom agendas, and course content.
• Prepare training materials including presentations and worksheets.
• Execute training sessions, webinars, and workshops for individuals or groups.
• Maintain technical knowledge through workshops and industry publications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer or training specialist.
• Experience training L1, L2, and L3 Engineers.
• Proficiency with Office 365 and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hands-on knowledge of Windows Server administration, management, and roles/services.
• Technical background in Desktop Support, Networking, and Backup tools.
• Ability to design technical course content and address training needs with complete courses.
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Professional technical training certification such as MCT.
