Design and execute technical training strategies to meet organizational learning objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quarterly Training Need Assessments and liaise with leadership to determine technical requirements.
• Design module outlines, develop course materials, and facilitate technical training programs, seminars, and hackathons.
• Measure training effectiveness through project performance metrics and established governance frameworks.
• Groom technical mentors and develop succession plans to ensure internal resource fulfillment.
• Drive transformation initiatives and organizational change management to enable talent upskilling.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Corporate Technical Trainer.
• Technical expertise in .NET, Java, Cloud Engineering, and Data Analytics.
• Experience in web and mobile application development.
• Proficiency with MS Office and e-learning platforms.
• Proven ability in coaching, training methodologies, and stakeholder management.
• Strong presentation skills to influence teams toward cross-skilling.
• Experience in project delivery and customer communication.

Preferred Skills

• B.E, B.Tech, M.C.A, or M.Sc (preferably in Computer Science/IT).
