Description

You will design and deliver technical training programs for internal and external stakeholders.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs and stakeholder skillsets to set training priorities.
• Develop and maintain training programs, including lesson plans and course outlines.
• Conduct in-person, virtual, and on-demand training sessions, webinars, or workshops.
• Monitor training results, evaluate effectiveness, and report findings to management.
• Maintain certification documentation for internal and external business partners.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of recent, relevant work experience.
• Two years of professional experience in planning, coordinating, or conducting staff development and training courses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio).
• Prior experience in a training role for an IT Application.
• Experience utilizing Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Proficiency with Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, or similar development tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience dealing with clients/users at all levels.

Preferred Skills

• Previous teaching or training experience.
• Technical writing skills.
• Experience with CRM systems.
