Description

Deliver and evaluate soft and technical skills training to support client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate multi-week blended new hire training, nesting, and floor-training sessions.
• Create, revise, and maintain training materials and documentation.
• Supervise and coach learners in nesting and BQM environments to meet performance metrics.
• Oversee new hire progression and implement solutions based on trainee feedback.
• Develop solutions and process improvements to enhance training effectiveness.

Required Skills

• At least 2 years of experience working as a trainer.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work shifting or graveyard schedules.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree with a major in Education or Communication.
