Description

You design and deliver instructor-led and computer-based training programs to support operational and system changes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and revise instructor-led and computer-based training using various instructional methods.
• Write and edit technical work instructions, user guides, and course content.
• Create measurable course objectives, meaningful interactions, and quizzes.
• Conduct research to evaluate the impact of system and procedural changes on instructional materials.
• Lead project meetings, prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience developing instructor-led and computer-based training.
• 3+ years of experience working with Articulate Storyline 360.
• Experience writing technical instructions and user guides.
• Experience creating eLearning videos.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong command of grammar, punctuation, spelling, and plain language.
• Bachelor's degree or certification in Instructional Design, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with knowledge base software.
