You will lead the development and execution of technical training programs for wind and power generation operations.
Responsibilities
Develop training guides and instructional materials using methods such as group instruction, demonstrations, and workshops.
Execute the O&M training program to implement HSEQ values and manage the training matrix for technician and manager levels.
Lead a team to establish annual training plans, including budget management and revenue generation.
Document and track specialized training including LOTO, Qualified Electrical Worker, hydraulic troubleshooting, SCADA, CMS diagnostics, and Substation Switching.
Collaborate with HSEQ, O&M, and Technical Support teams to align training plans with business requirements.
Evaluate program effectiveness using data to revise instructional objectives and improve financial impact.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in technical training or instructional roles.
Expertise in wind and power generation industry operations.
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Experience with GE, Shell, Duke, or Goldwind technologies.
Ability to manage training budgets and annual planning.
Knowledge of SCADA systems, CMS diagnostics, and hydraulic troubleshooting.
Familiarity with HSEQ standards and safety protocols like LOTO.
