Description

You will design and deliver technical instructional content for specialized training programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop instructional materials using e-learning software and design principles.
• Manage training projects from initial concept through to final delivery.
• Create technical content that meets specific learning objectives.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats.
• Ensure all training materials align with federal compliance standards.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design.
• Proficiency with Adobe Captivate.
• Proven project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or a related field.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to pass a Federal Background Check.
