Description

You will deliver end-to-end technical training and support for Nessus products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and virtual training sessions on Nessus products, processes, and technical updates.
• Conduct monthly training needs analysis and identification to develop and execute structured training plans.
• Provide real-time upskilling and technical support to existing staff members.
• Manage customer support inquiries via web, voice, and chat, focusing on product configuration and installation.
• Document support interactions in Salesforce and identify opportunities to improve the Support Knowledgebase.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Advocacy, R&D, and Operations to align training with product developments.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in technical training delivery within a technical contact center environment.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Networking, including the OSI Model, protocols, and the TCP/IP stack.
• Proficiency in Wireshark analysis and SSL Certificates.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows, software installation, registry editor, and WMI.
• Experience with security platforms and checking for CVE and NDE status.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client relationship management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or within a team.
• Must be a passport holder.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Nessus products.
• Bachelor’s Degree with programming knowledge in C or C++.
