You will produce technical documentation for complex data environments and accessibility compliance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain technical documentation specifically for Data Dictionaries.
• Organize and format technical content to ensure clarity and structure.
• Create detailed workflows to support technical documentation processes.
• Ensure all documentation meets WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 accessibility standards.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience working with relational database management systems and Oracle PL/SQL.
• 4+ years of experience designing Data Dictionaries.
• 4+ years of experience organizing and formatting technical documentation.
• 4+ years of experience creating documentation compliant with WCAG 2.1 AA and Section 508.
• 4+ years of experience creating technical workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience reviewing existing technical documentation to provide improvement recommendations.
• Experience providing training on process documentation.
• Ability to communicate effectively within a technical environment and work both independently and in teams.
