You will document technical solutions for application migrations and API integrations, ensuring developer audiences can implement them effectively.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and organize technical content for developer audiences.
• Create sample scripts and code snippets to assist with application integration.
• Research and gather technical requirements from subject matter experts.
• Develop graphics, diagrams, and visual aids to improve documentation clarity.
• Consult with developers to provide guidance and suggestions for migration processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing or API development.
• Proficiency in C#, Java, and XML.
• Strong understanding of API architecture and design standards.
• Knowledge of cross-platform APIs, Exchange architecture, and SOAP actions.
• Familiarity with application protocols and supporting standards.
• Ability to interpret and document complex technical workflows.
• Experience providing technical support or developer guidance.
