Technical Writer

You will document IT infrastructure modernization and cloud migration initiatives for on-site work in Ann Arbor, MI.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate technical infrastructure details into a single, cohesive solution design document.
• Refine and organize RFP question sets for vendor responses to ensure clear communication.
• Review existing documentation to improve flow and ensure technical accuracy.
• Document transitions from on-premises environments to cloud platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of technical writing experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure including Linux, Windows, and Storage.
• Knowledge of Database (DB) and Security principles.
• Experience documenting cloud migration processes (on-prem vs. Cloud).
• Ability to work onsite in Ann Arbor, MI, as required.
