You will produce technical documentation for software systems and security management processes in Atlanta, GA.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer business needs to support planning and design of new or enhanced systems.
• Manage updates to Information Security Management System (ISMS) documentation and records libraries.
• Develop policies and procedures using turtle diagrams, risk assessment templates, and internal guidelines.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear text and visual diagrams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing for software documentation.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to grasp and document complex technical concepts quickly.
• Excellent written English skills with high attention to detail.
• Proven experience creating both text and picture-based documentation.

Preferred Skills

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
