Description

You will create, edit, and maintain high-quality API documentation for REST and SOAP services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Author and update API documentation while collaborating with developers, QA, and product teams.
• Validate API functionality and ensure technical accuracy across all deliverables.
• Maintain documentation standards for data formats including JSON and XML.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, with a focus on API documentation.
• Hands-on proficiency with Postman and SoapUI for testing and documentation.
• Deep understanding of REST and SOAP API architectures.
• Knowledge of authentication methods including OAuth, JWT, and Basic Auth.
• Familiarity with API security best practices.
• Strong command of JSON, XML, and related data formats.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working directly with engineering and QA teams in an agile environment.
