Description

You will own the creation and maintenance of the agency's policies and procedures manual. This role requires close collaboration with various divisions to document major functions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Meet with division staff to log, transcribe, and verify specific policies and procedures.
• Develop flowcharts and document processes in a logical, easy-to-follow sequence.
• Create graphics and compile the final policies and procedures manual.
• Revise documentation based on direct input and feedback from agency staff.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience mapping policies and procedures for agency functions.
• Proven ability to develop flowcharts and logical process documentation.
• Experience creating graphics for technical manuals.
• Ability to compile and structure comprehensive policies and procedures manuals.
• Any Graduate degree.
