Description

You will produce and maintain complex technical and user documentation for infrastructure and application systems, while leading business systems analysis personnel.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute writing projects involving complex technical content.
• Maintain a variety of technical and user documentation for infrastructure and applications.
• Present content effectively and report progress against schedule milestones.
• Lead, manage, and direct the work of business systems analysis personnel.
• Relate IT industry trends and market directions to organizational needs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing.
• Proficiency in word processing tools.
• Strong knowledge of architectural concepts, principles, and tools relevant to infrastructure and applications.
• Understanding of organizational structure.
• Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
• Strong logical and analytical ability to solve unusual and difficult problems.
• High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others and elicit work output.

Preferred Skills

• Experience applying applications in technical documentation contexts.
