Description

You will develop and maintain technical documentation and project process documentation for Telecommunication Network Operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain user manuals, technical documentation, and project process documentation.
• Translate complex telecommunications technology and application concepts into logically sequenced procedures.
• Write technical articles, reports, brochures, and manuals for diverse use cases.
• Coordinate the display of graphics and oversee document production.
• Research and organize technical information to ensure accuracy and clarity for end users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing or related documentation roles.
• Expertise in composing, compiling, organizing, researching, writing, editing, producing, and maintaining technical manuals.
• Ability to translate user views of applications and technology into logical procedural sequences.
• Experience structuring technical concepts for network applications and specific user groups.
• Proven ability to work under limited supervision using independent judgment and initiative.
