You will produce technical content focused on cybersecurity, web hosting, and software development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write technical articles for industry blogs covering cybersecurity, IT, and web development.
• Create best practice guides, tutorials, and thought leadership content for developers and IT leaders.
• Contribute technical expert articles to industry publications regarding IT trends and web hosting.
• Develop end-to-end technical solutions and documentation for complex processes like SSL certificate installation.
• Identify common user variations and proactively explain solutions that follow best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing or a related technical field.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux web server administration, specifically Apache and NGINX.
• Proficiency in programming languages including .NET/C#, Java, C++, C, or PHP.
• Experience with Windows server administration, IIS, and Exchange.
• Understanding of CDN management, DNS, and code signing workflows.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and workflows such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of Windows security features including User Account Control, SmartScreen, and Group Policies.
• Strong English written communication skills with an understanding of SEO basics.
• Ability to structure well-flowing, engaging, and skimmable technical articles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience writing for cybersecurity or software development audiences.
