Responsibilities

• Generate and deliver technical documentation and training materials.
• Translate technical specifications into language understandable by end users.
• Investigate and resolve technical problems within a software environment.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate technical concepts precisely and succinctly.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of software development or testing experience.
• Experience developing code using C++ or Java.
• Proficiency with Git version control systems.
• Working knowledge of Linux OS.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, network systems, and software testing.
• Experience in customer-facing environments.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the payments industry.
• Experience in embedded software development.
