Own the full documentation lifecycle for technical products, ensuring accurate, structured, and reusable content for engineering and support teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Author and maintain User Guides, System Manuals, API Documentation, and Release Notes.
• Design structured content using DITA to ensure consistency and reusability across documentation sets.
• Collaborate with engineering and product management to gather requirements and validate technical accuracy.
• Manage documentation workflows from drafting and peer review to final publication and version control.
• Translate complex architectural concepts into clear layouts for diverse target audiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in technical writing within the IT or software development domain.
• Strong hands-on proficiency with DITA (Darwin Information Typing Architecture) and topic-based authoring.
• Experience with industry-standard DITA authoring tools such as Oxygen XML, Adobe FrameMaker, or XMLmind XML Editor.
• Demonstrated experience documenting APIs, SDKs, or complex system architectures.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to translate complex technical data into clear, structured documentation.
