Description

You will produce and manage technical documentation across various formats and platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs and TPOs to select story points for sprints and attend demos to understand requirements.
• Author content in Confluence and import spaces into Madcap Flare to generate HTML5 and PDF outputs.
• Host HTML5 content on internal servers and check in guides, installation manuals, and HTML5 packages into Bitbucket.
• Test updated HTML output and context-sensitive help within the application and create supporting videos.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in technical writing.
• Proficiency with Madcap Flare authoring tool.
• Experience using Confluence for documentation management.
• Working knowledge of MSTP Style Guide.
• Competency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Experience with video creation and editing.
• Ability to use Bitbucket for document version control.
