Description

You will document the design and updates of technical artifacts for the IntelliGrant grants management software instance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Document technical design artifacts and updates for the OCD DRU instance of IntelliGrant software.
• Collaborate with Applications Architects, Program Managers, Programmers, and Database Administrators to capture system designs.
• Create workflow designs, operational playbooks, and system design artifacts.
• Maintain documentation to ensure end users can successfully operate the IntelliGrant grants management software.
• Provide operational support and customer service regarding IntelliGrant software use.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical documentation or related roles.
• Direct experience with IntelliGrant grant management software functionality.
• Proven ability to create technical artifacts, including workflow designs and operational playbooks.
• Knowledge of Applications Architect and Applications Database concepts.
• Experience documenting system design artifacts.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with OCD DRU and OTS environments.
