You will create and maintain high-quality technical documentation for software products and services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and organize user manuals, API documentation, and installation guides.
• Collaborate with development teams and subject matter experts to gather and analyze technical information.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and accessible content.
• Create visual aids including diagrams, charts, and screenshots to support documentation.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and usability.

Required Skills

• 2 to 5 years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the software industry.
• Proficiency with Markdown, HTML, and XML.
• Experience using Adobe FrameMaker or MadCap Flare.
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) and version control tools like Git.
• Understanding of basic programming concepts and software development processes.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field.
