Description

You will create and maintain high-quality product documentation, including API guides, user manuals, release notes, and training materials. You will partner with Product Management, engineering, and QA teams in an Agile environment to ensure clear, accurate technical content.

Responsibilities

• Write and update API documentation, user guides, and product release notes.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand functional specifications and technical features.
• Conduct product training sessions and webinars for customers and internal teams.
• Peer review technical documents for grammar, style, and clarity.
• Adhere to company security policies and standards in all documentation workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing and content creation.
• Proficiency with API documentation tools and Postman.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
• Strong understanding of software products and technical concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, BBA, Economics, Commerce, or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or post-graduation degree in a relevant field.
• Experience creating product training materials and conducting webinars.
