Document cybersecurity strategies, incident response procedures, and communication plans within a cyber resiliency framework.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and edit documentation for cyber resiliency initiatives, including incident response plans and continuity procedures.
• Create communication guides and templates for internal and external stakeholders to use during cyber incidents.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, risk, and IT teams to translate technical protocols into accessible documentation.
• Maintain secure, version-controlled documentation repositories and review existing materials to ensure alignment with best practices.
• Support the creation of training materials and user guides for incident response and cyber awareness.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of technical writing experience focused on cybersecurity, risk management, or related domains.
• Experience writing incident response plans, communication strategies, or cyber resiliency documentation.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST or ISO 27001.
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Confluence, and Jira.
• Strong understanding of process, structure, and repeatable design within a framework and control environment.
• Ability to manage complex technical information and translate it for broad audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in regulated industries such as finance or healthcare.
