You will create and maintain technical documentation while managing professional communication across the organization.

• Create technical documentation using text, graphics, charts, and visual aids to convey information to specific audiences.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and consistency.
• Communicate complex information clearly through oral and written professional channels.
• Maintain professional business relationships within the organization.
• Adapt to workflows in an emerging environment.

Required Skills

• Excellent professional oral and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to establish solid business relationships.
• Experience using graphics, pictures, and charts to communicate data.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 2-year college degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Two years of technical documentation writing experience.
• Exposure to the ServiceNow ticketing system.
