You will produce and maintain technical documentation for software and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Write, publish, and maintain high-quality help content, messaging, and equipment manuals.
• Manage the end-to-end production and publishing of documentation sets.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and developer relations to gather technical data.
• Identify user needs, use cases, and metrics to drive documentation priorities.
• Create and edit white papers, presentations, and think pieces for internal and external audiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience writing software documentation in a web production environment.
• Proven writing and editing experience with the ability to provide samples.
• Experience collecting and interpreting technical data for publication layout.
• Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related field.
• Knowledge of software development processes.
• Experience with product management workflows.
• Understanding of process management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working closely with engineering and product management teams during software development.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) or help tools.
• Project and process management experience for documentation sets.
