Description

You will produce and maintain technical documentation for complex cloud and data environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop user guides, API documentation, training materials, knowledge base articles, and release notes.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy across all content.
• Research audience needs to create user-centered documentation and contribute to UI text.
• Manage documentation projects from research through publication while meeting deadlines.
• Review and edit content for clarity, consistency, and adherence to established style guides.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer.
• Proficiency with Markdown, XML, and DITA.
• Experience using Confluence and Swagger for documentation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with GCP, BigQuery, and PostgreSQL.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and API documentation standards.
• Solid grasp of software development methodologies and the SDLC.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Java.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Familiarity with financial services concepts.
