Create clear, concise documentation to support Public Cloud AWS and GCP infrastructure engineering and operations teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical requirements templates, workflows, and process manuals.
• Translate complex technical details into user-friendly documentation.
• Document operational processes and identify areas for clarity and efficiency.
• Standardize documentation practices across teams.
• Continuously enhance documentation based on feedback and platform evolution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience with Atlassian Confluence.
• Strong technical writing skills focused on clarity and structure.
• Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Cloud Technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AWS/GCP.
• Familiarity with process improvement in cloud environments.
